Quabas Group is a group of companies operating in the meat sector since the early 70s. We are located in northern Italy, in Castelvetro Piacentino, one hour
south-east of Milan, where we have our own coldstores, modern premises, and several estates.

We deal with import/export of fresh and frozen meats; we trade in frozen poultry, frozen beef, frozen lamb and mutton, frozen game meat, frozen pork and frozen vegetables. We import from USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.

Regarding frozen South American beef and poultry we are one of the leading importers in the EU, and among the major Italian importers for New Zealand frozen lamb and mutton.

We also import chilled high quality grain-fed beef from USA, Australia (also grass-fed beef) and Canada; among this, we can offer Black Angus certified beef, Hereford certified beef, and Australian Wagyu beef.

Within the Quabas Group, Granital Carne srl has the certified quality management system UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, and Black Angus Premium Farms srl (BAPF) is the company which distributes chilled beef.

We sell all through Italy and we export our products all over Europe. Our customer base is made of primary meat processing companies producing “bresaola”, “carne salada”, cured beef and products based on turkey breast and chicken breast. Moreover, we supply Ho.Re.Ca. companies, supermarket chains and also ship-chandlers and airline- catering companies with products for catering. We use carriers of proven reliablity and experience to deliver our fresh and frozen goods throughout Italy, included the islands, and all across Europe.
